Does Stefan know!? Candice Accola is pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband, Joe King. The Vampire Diaries actress, who plays bloodsucker-with-a-conscience Caroline, announced the news via Instagram on Monday, Aug. 31.
“Sometimes a Saturday is best spent painting t-shirts and taking an awesome family photo. Happy Monday everybody!” Accola, 28, captioned an Instagram photo.
She boasted: “#ThatAintNoBurritoinMyBelly.”
In the pic, Accola is proudly showing off her growing baby bump alongside King and his daughters, Elise and Ava, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Julie. The family decorated each other’s white T-shirts, and pointed at Accola’s artwork that read “Baby” on her stomach.
Accola and the Fray guitarist, 35, tied the knot in New Orleans last October. They said “I do” near the French Quarter and celebrated the Big Easy way — with a street parade!
“Baby King on the way!!!!” King gushed via Instagram Monday. “So proud to welcome this new life into the world with my beautiful wife and daughters. I truly am a lucky man & dad.”
