Carrie can't wait! Carrie Underwood looked radiant in a bump-accentuating dress while appearing on The View on Monday, Oct. 27, where she spoke briefly about expecting her first child.

The Grammy winner, 31, graciously thanked the show's hosts, who congratulated her on her first pregnancy and asked when she was expecting her child with husband Mike Fisher. "I'm due in the spring!" Underwood enthusiastically responded.

The singer appeared on the talk show in a royal blue, long-sleeve lace Temperley London dress that was cinched at her waist — right above her tiny baby bump, which protruded slightly from beneath the fabric. Underwood beamed with her blonde tresses tumbling past her shoulders in loose waves. See more pics of Carrie's gorgeous look.

During her appearance Monday with fellow country superstar Brad Paisley, the "Somethin' Bad" songstress also discussed her concerns about first-time motherhood. "Just being responsible for a tiny human," the American Idol winner admitted. "That's the hardest part."

Underwood said on the Today show last month that she was getting accustomed to the reality of her family soon becoming larger. "It's still kind of weird, to be honest," she said. "Sometimes I'll be with my husband and it's like, 'I'm gonna be a mom. You're gonna be a dad. Is this real life?'"

The singer has yet to reveal her child's gender, though she admitted it would be nice to have a little girl. "I have a wonderful mother," Underwood said, "so if I can be even a little bit like that, we'll be good."
