Just look at that precious little pout! Drew Barrymore had her hands full keeping a protective grasp on tiny daughter Olive, 7 months, while running errands in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 7.
The Big Miracle actress, 38, held Olive close to her chest, and the tiny tot showed her confusion by pursing her lips and furrowing her brow as mom rushed around town.
Barrymore spoke candidly with Us about learning to juggle her personal and professional life earlier this month, at Lucky magazine's Fashion and Beauty Blog Conference in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Thursday, April 4.
The glowing mom noted that though she's had to give up "so much" since giving birth to Olive last September, she wouldn't trade the experience for anything in the world.
"Things have to go and that's unfortunate," she told Us of adjusting her priorities. "There's sometimes things you've invested a lot of time into or cared so much about, and you get to the precipice and you're like, 'I can't do it,' because I won't do everything else well or I will miss out on this or I need to be over here now … I think it's a lot about sacrifice."
"I know it seems like I do everything, but there's so much I had to give up," she continued. "And I'm glad I did. I still think about it all the time, but you start to really get instinctual about the right thing to do."
Barrymore and husband Will Kopelman (the two tied the knot in June 2012) welcomed baby Olive in September, and the actress admits that she's been obsessed with her little mini-me ever since.
"It's like having the worst crush of your life!" she told Oprah Winfrey in January. "I drive home with heart palpitations, like, I can't wait to get to her. I think, 'You know, is she gonna call? Will she ask me to spend the night?'"
