Jennie Garth Talks Co-Parenting With Peter Facinelli: “I Don’t Take One Second For Granted”

Since their divorce in 2013, Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli have been co-parenting their three daughters.

These days Jennie Garth is appreciating every moment. Since ending her marriage to Peter Facinelli back in June 2013, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 42, has been co-parenting with her Twilight ex, 40. She visited The Meredith Vieira Show on Wednesday, Oct. 29, when she was asked by the host how often her children drive her crazy.

“It’s different, everyone drives me crazy in a different way,” the mother of daughters Fiona, 8, Lola, 11, Luca, 17, joked. “But honestly, now that I have to share them with their dad, and they leave my house, I love every second — even when they’re driving me nuts. I don’t take one second for granted with them.”

Garth and Facinelli announced their separation in March 2012, finalizing their divorce a little more than a year later after 11 years of marriage.

Recently, Garth’s eldest, Luca, binge-watched all 10 seasons of her smash hit series Beverly Hills, 90210. Since her daughter was so into her past, Garth decided to tell her the story about the time her costar Luke Perry almost killed her.

Jennie Garth appeared on The Meredith Vieira Show on Wednesday, Oct. 29 to talk about co-parenting with Peter Facinelli.

“We were filming a scene in the ocean and for some reason I jumped off my jet ski thing, and he ran right over me,” Garth said of her on-screen love interest. “I went underwater and was unconscious, and I woke up and there was a bunch of people around me asking questions. He was freaking out. He thought he killed me.”
