Moms’ night out! Jessica Alba beamed at the Baby2Baby Gala in Culver City, California, on Saturday, November 11, where Us Weekly chatted with the expectant mother about prepping for baby no. 3.
“I decided to come tonight and have fun being pregnant,” she joked to Us.
The mom of two, 36, is gearing up for her third child and the first boy with husband Cash Warren but feels more prepared than ever. “It’s my third time, so luckily I have a company that provides everything that I could possibly want. I didn’t have it with Honor or Haven,” she told Us of her The Honest Company line.
She continued, “I [had] just launched the company with Haven. It was stressful because I was always questioning ingredients and wanting to get a safe environment, and it was hard to navigate the world of what to really do and how to really prepare.” Adding, “I’m actually pretty prepared, but I haven’t bought anything,”
The actress announced her pregnancy in July when she posted a photo to Instagram clutching her baby bump and holding a balloon with the number three alongside her two children, Honor, 9, and Haven, 5.
Meanwhile, during her October 25 appearance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, she dished on her cravings. “I didn’t think I was craving anything until I realized I’m craving Japanese food all the time,” she told Fallon. “I actually dream about desserts but I’m trying not to gain so much weight with this baby so I just dream about them.”
Alba and Warren tied the knot in 2008.
