Parenting is sweet morning snuggles, butterfly kisses . . . and diaper blowouts. Just ask Jill Duggar, who shared a hilarious Instagram photo of her 5-month-old son Samuel’s poopspolosion on Thursday, December 28.
“That moment when you hear the rumble and you’re like, ‘oh no! Quick! Stand him upright before he . . . too late,” wrote the Counting On star. “#samuelscottdillard #samtheman #blowout.”
Digger’s post resonated with moms and dads everywhere. “That always happened to us when we were out to eat,” wrote one person. Added another: “Haha! one of ours had a blowout on a friend’s lap. Poop on her jeans.” A third chastised the TLC personality for taking a picture instead of changing her baby’s outfit.
The 26-year-old, who also shares son Israel, 2, with husband Derick Dillard, can coach her brother Joseph Duggar on messy cleanups when he becomes a first-time father in 2018.
Us Weekly exclusively revealed earlier this month that Joseph, 22, and his wife, Kendra, are expecting their first child together. The pair married in an intimate ceremony at the First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, on September 8.
“During this season that we are celebrating the birth of Christ, we are so excited to share with you that we are expecting the gift of a child ourselves!” the couple told Us at the time. “Wow, it’s so exciting.! We’ve both always loved children and seen them as a real blessing from God. It’s so surreal to think of being parents and having our own little one.”
