Kim Kardashian ditched her usual maternity gear — a combination of black leather pants and sky-high booties — for a touch of elegance at the Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 24. The reality star instead walked the red carpet in a Grecian-inspired white Donna Karan gown that hugged her figure as she mixed and mingled with the Hollywood crowd.
The gown, which dipped slightly to show off Kardashian’s famous curves, also featured a modest neckline embellished with diamonds.
But that doesn’t mean the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star went subtle with her evening wear look. Kardashian, 32, paired her draped gown with a deep wine-colored lip and plenty of bling on her wrist and ears. She also held onto a white fur stole (which she used to cover her growing baby bump!) as she posed on the red carpet for Elton John’s Oscars viewing bash with sister Kourtney, 33.
The eldest Kardashian sister went for a more conservative look in a red-and-black print Brian Rennie for Basler dress with a high collar.
The pair’s youngest sister, Khloe, 28, arrived a bit later at the event in a one-shoulder, neon green floor-length dress.
“Sometimes a girl doesn’t want her picture taken … Sneak in and sneak out,” Khloe tweeted during the evening, though she shared a snapshot of sister Kourtney mugging for the camera earlier in the evening.
And the Kardashian trio will soon have another little lady to join their ranks. Earlier in the weekend, a source close to Kim revealed to Us Weekly that the pregnant reality star is expecting a baby girl in July.
“They’re over the moon!” the source told Us. “Kanye always wanted a girl.”
