Benny’s big birthday! Seven years ago, Maci Bookout was a scared teenager, filming the birth of her first child for the MTV cameras on 16 and Pregnant. But on Tuesday, Oct. 27, the proud Teen Mom OG star, 24, had cause to celebrate when her little boy, Bentley, turned 7.
“Today my first baby turned 7!” Bookout captioned an Instagram photo with her son. “Bentley, thank you for bringing true love into my heart, for making me a fighter, and for giving me the confidence to teach you the way of the world. i love you so deeply, more than you will ever ever know. i am so blessed that God chose me to be your mother. I am so proud of the little gentleman that you have become. Happy Birthday Bentley, remember that you will always be my baby!”
Bookout had Bentley with her ex Ryan Edwards, who is still a part of his son’s life. Edwards’ mom, Jen, who often takes care of the little boy, shared several photos of the formerly engaged couple with their son on her Instagram account.
“Happy Birthday Bentley! #7,” she captioned one photo.
Since splitting from Edwards, the Teen Mom moved in with her longtime love Taylor McKinney, who is the father to her daughter, Jayde, 5 months.
