It’s a girl! Pregnant Courtney Sixx confirmed that she and her husband, Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx, have a daughter on the way.
“My dream has always been to have a little girl,” the DIY expert, 33, reveals exclusively to Us Weekly. “I cannot wait [to] dress her up like a princess and do lots and lots of art and flower projects with her! Hopefully she loves pink as much as her mommy does!”
Courtney made it clear that she and the bassist, 60, are expecting a girl when she showed off pink and green fabric swatches for the little one’s room in a Tuesday, February 5, Instagram photo. “We got to pick out our dream fabrics for the nursery today,” she captioned the pic. “I have the sweetest husband in the world.”
The model announced in January that they are starting a family, telling Us: “We are over the moon excited to be having a baby! Nikki is going to be the most amazing dad in the world because he already is.”
The baby girl will be Courtney’s first, while the musician has four children from previous marriages. The rockstar shares Gunner, 27, Storm, 24, and Decker, 23, with his first wife, Brandi Brandt, and Frankie-Jean, 17, with his second, Donna D’Errico.
Courtney showed her baby bump off on Instagram on January 24, wearing a strapless blue dress and a flower crown. That same week, she posted pics with Bode Miller and Morgan Beck’s newborn son, writing, “I cannot wait to be a mommy!”
The blogger and Nikki got engaged on a St. Barts vacation in November 2012, tying the knot two years later in Beverly Hills.
