Chelsea O’Donnell has filed for divorce from her husband, Nick Alliegro, after nearly two years of marriage, Us Weekly exclusively confirms.
The 20-year-old daughter of Rosie O’Donnell filed the documents on April 19 in Marinette County, Wisconsin. She and Alliegro, 32, first met at a Dunkin’ Donuts in November 2015. They secretly married at Islip Town Hall in New York in July 2016.
The news comes days after Chelsea’s new boyfriend, Jacob Bourassa, announced on Facebook that she is pregnant. He shared a photo on Tuesday, June 5, of the mom-to-be showing off her baby bump, as well as two sonograms. “Loves of my life can’t wait to meet my little one,” he wrote.
Chelsea’s biological mother, Deanna Micoley, commented on the post, “I’m so very proud of you! You are absolutely beautiful! You will be a great mommy!”
Chelsea announced in September that she was expecting a baby with Alliegro, but she never provided further updates. It is unclear what happened with that pregnancy. At the time, she told the Daily Mail that Rosie, who adopted her as a baby, “will not be in my child’s life.”
The former View cohost, 56, and Chelsea had been estranged for years. Rosie tweeted in 2015 that her then-teenage daughter had run away from their home in Nyack, New York. She was found nearly two weeks later in New Jersey with a man she met on a dating app. Chelsea moved in with her birth mother in Wisconsin after she turned 18 and has since reconnected with Rosie.
