Wake up and smell the roses! Pregnant Janet Jackson took a trip to the florist on Friday, October 21.
The expectant star, 50, covered her baby bump in a black loose-fitting sweater and a comfy-looking black skirt. She put her pregnancy glow on full display by keeping her hair off her face with a head scarf.
The “Nasty” singer is expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana.
Jackson surprised fans when she revealed she was pregnant at the age of 49 this past May.
“We’re in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change,” she wrote in a statement to fans on Facebook regarding her Unbreakable world tour. “I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour.”
Jackson first debuted her growing bump last month while out shopping for baby furniture in London.
“Janet is super excited,” a source told Us of the mom-to-be. “She’s doing great. She’s so happy and her husband is so happy. Janet feels really strong and she’s just so excited for the baby to come. She feels like this is one of the best things ever to happen to her!”
The private songstress married billionaire businessman Mana in 2012, but didn’t confirm the union until 2013.
