Say hello to the little princess! Proud new parents Prince Felix and Princess Claire of Luxembourg introduced their beautiful baby girl, Princess Amalia, as they departed the Maternity Grand-Duchesse Charlotte Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg on Tuesday, June 17.
The stunning royal couple welcomed their first child, Amalia Gabriela Maria Teresa, on Sunday, June 15. Amalia’s name, when deconstructed, pays tribute to both of her grandmothers: Grand Duchess Maria Teresa and Gabriele Lademacher.
Princess Claire, 29, cradling baby Amalia in her arms, looked lovely two days after giving birth, wearing a pair of black skinny jeans, an embellished teal tunic, and wedges.
Her handsome husband, 30, sported a rugged beard, white button-down shirt, and chucks while leading his ladies out of the hospital. The first-time parents beamed as they doted on their little one and smiled at bystanders gathered outside of the hospital.
Prince Felix, the second-in-line to the royal throne in Luxembourg, and Princess Claire, a German bioethics researcher, married in France last September.
