There's a new baby spice in town!
Melanie Brown gave birth to a baby girl Thursday, Us Weekly confirms. "Both mom and baby are happy, healthy and doing well," the singer's rep tells Us.
"Finally our baby arrives! Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I laughed so hard the baby popped out!" Brown tweeted Friday. "She is just sooo amazing!"
Brown, 36, has two daughters — Phoenix, 12, and Angel, 4 — from a previous relationship, and hubby Stephen Belafonte, 35, also has a 6-year-old daughter, Giselle, from a previous relationship.
On Wednesday Brown tweeted: "The baby will come when it's good and ready, so for now [I'm] working as usual to keep my mind off being overdue!"
In early August, Brown invited several famous friends over for a nontraditional baby shower at her California home. Guests — including Kim Kardashian and Denise Richards — celebrated Brown's then baby-to-be in a "laid-back, party atmosphere," according to an insider.
In July, fellow Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and hubby David welcomed a baby girl, Harper Seven. Emma Bunton welcomed her second child with fiance Jade Jones in May.
