Childlike wonder and laughter like thunder! McFly rocker Tom Fletcher shared a video last week of his son, Buzz, seeing dandelions for the first time ever.
"This is why being a dad is awesome," Fletcher wrote at the time on his YouTube page. "This is the first time my son Buzz has ever seen a dandelion… I think he liked it." The clip of "Buzz and the Dandelions" was posted last Thursday, April 25, and has since gone viral, racking in over one million hits via YouTube.
The two-minute video begins with the singer, carrying his son in a BabyBjorn, as the two trek through a beautiful open meadow sprinkled with yellow and white dandelions.
Fletcher holds a fluffy white dandelion stem close to his lips as little Fletcher stares inquisitively at the odd-looking flower. As soon as the singer blows away several seeds, a delighted Fletcher giggles at the amazing site!
Incredibly amused by the bald dandelion, little Buzz chortles and laughs infectiously as his father leans down to pick up another.
"Oh dear," the musician jokes in the clip. "Why are dandelions so funny?"
