‘Teen Mom 3’ Kids Then and Now: See Briana, Mackenzie, Katie and Alex’s Kids All Grown Up

Teen Mom 3 may have only lasted for one season in 2013, but the spinoff’s stars Briana DeJesus, Mackenzie McKee, Alex Sekella and Katie Yeager — and their children! — made a lasting impression on viewers. When it comes to DeJesus’ children — she shares daughter Nova with ex Devoin Austin and daughter Stella with ex Luis Hernandez — fans have watched the little girls grow up from babies to sweet children amid the ongoing coparenting drama with their respective parents. Gannon (Mackenzie's Son)

Gannon was born in 2011; Mackenzie was 16 and Josh was 18 at the time. The former couple’s eldest child has followed in his parents’ footsteps with a love of staying active. In a September 2022 birthday tribute to Gannon, Mackenzie referred to her adventure-loving son as “Nature Boy.”

Jaxie (Mackenzie's Daughter)

The McKee’s only daughter, Jaxie, was born in 2014 — one year after her parents tied the knot. (They went on to split in July 2022.) Mackenzie often shares sweet photos of her daughter via Instagram, including many activities they do together, including running. Jaxie also competes on a cheerleading squad, where her mom serves as the coach.

Broncs (Mackenzie's Son)

Broncs was born in 2016 and weighed 10 lbs. The McKees’ youngest child suffered from several health scares as a newborn but appears to be thriving today, rocking platinum blonde hair and grinning widely in the shots his mom posts. During an appearance on Teen Mom OG, Josh and Mackenzie addressed Broncs' behavioral problems, which stemmed from multiple changes in his life, including the loss of Mackenzie’s mom and moving from Oklahoma to Florida.

Arabella (Alex's Daughter)

16 and Pregnant viewers saw Sekella struggle with the idea of adoption prior to Arabella’s 2011 birth, but she ultimately decided to raise her daughter. Arabella is on her school’s cheerleading squad and was officially adopted by her stepdad in January 2022.

Althea (Alex's Daughter)

Althea was born to Sekella and Peters in January 2022, two years after her parents' wedding. She seems to have a loving relationship with her older sister, who was seen cuddling her in an Instagram carousel Sekella shared on Althea’s first birthday.

Nova (Briana's Daughter)

Nova, born in 2011, is DeJesus and Austin’s only child together. Fans watched as Nova grew from a shy child into a sweet young lady with an edgy twist — she loves horror movies and even once had a horror-themed birthday party!

Stella (Briana's Daughter)

Stella — the spitting image of Briana’s sister, Brittany DeJesus — was born in 2017. While her father is largely absent in her life, Nova’s dad treats her as his own. Stella is close to big sister Nova, the two frequently hugging each other in sweet pics Briana shares via social media.

Molli (Katie's Daughter)

Yeager and Mayes welcomed their only child together in 2011. Though Yeager is largely inactive on social media, she shared an update on her eldest daughter in 2019.

“Another amazing and successful year of school for Molli,” the 16 and Pregnant alum wrote alongside a photo of her little girl smiling on the last day of second grade. “She’s learned and grown so much. Watching her grow is the greatest gift ❤️ we are excited for a summer of adventure!”

Baby Thayn (Katie's Daughter)

Yeager has yet to reveal her younger daughter’s full name — calling her “Baby Thayn” in a rare Instagram post about her. She was born in March 2017. Per the father’s wishes — “he made it very clear that he didn’t want our daughter to be in the Teen Mom scene and to keep her out of the spotlight,” Yeager told E! News in 2017 — the mom of two “[doesn’t] share [posts] about my younger daughter [on social media].”
