90 Day Fiancé alum Patrick Mendes accused his estranged wife, Thais Ramone, of infidelity while seeking a modified custody agreement for 3-year-old daughter Aleesi.

Patrick, 36, filed a motion for joint legal and physical custody of Aleesi on Wednesday, August 19, claiming that he found out in April that Thais, 29, “was involved in an affair.”

“After [Patrick] discovered the affair, [Thais] demanded [Patrick] move out of the parties’ home, as she had told her new romantic partner that the parties were already separated and no longer residing together,” the filing obtained by Us reads. “[Thais] thereafter made threats to [Patrick], leading [him] to officially move out of the marital residence on or about May 6, 2026.”

Patrick and Thais, who met on 90 Day Fiancé season 9, got married in 2022. Us confirmed in June that Patrick filed for a default divorce one month prior and requested primary physical custody of Aleesi.

That same day, Thais was arrested for misdemeanor battery after allegedly slapping Patrick. The charges were eventually dropped.

In his new motion, Patrick claimed that he and Thais got into an argument and she allegedly “grabbed a knife and threatened” him while holding Aleesi. He further claimed that Aleesi’s nanny witnessed the altercation.

After the charges against Thais were dropped, Patrick claimed in the court docs that they reached a custody agreement and “attempted to coparent” their daughter.

“[Thais] subsequently reneged on the parties’ agreement, leaving the [exes] without a stable parenting schedule,” Patrick claimed in his petition. “Even though this is [Patrick’s] initial motion, he has done his best to work with [Thais] on the issues of the case without litigation. In fact, the parties previously came up with an agreement resolving custody. However, [Thais] subsequently retained counsel and reneged on that agreement. [Patrick] needs to ensure the parties have enforceable and fair custody orders as soon as possible.”

Thais, for her part, has denied the accusations through a rep.

“The parties appeared before the Court today and mutually agreed to participate in Family Mediation Center services in an effort to reach an amicable resolution regarding custody. In light of that agreement, the parties also agreed to vacate today’s scheduled hearing,” Thais’ lawyer, Carmen Marisol, told Us in a statement. “A motion filed earlier this week contained inaccurate factual allegations concerning alleged marital misconduct. Counsel for the opposing party has since acknowledged that those statements were included in error, and counsel for both parties have agreed that the motion will be stricken.”

She adds, “Our client remains focused on resolving the parties’ custody issues respectfully, privately, and in the best interests of the child. We will not be commenting further on allegations that the parties and counsel have agreed should not remain before the Court.”

Thais’ manager, Dominique Enchinton, separately told Us that her client “has approached this entire situation with an incredible amount of grace and discretion.”

“She has remained focused on what matters most to her, which is her daughter, while choosing to keep the details of her personal life private,” Enchinton said in a statement of her own. “Given the acknowledgment that the allegations in question were inaccurate and the agreement between both parties’ counsel to have the motion stricken, we believe it is important that the public understand that these allegations should not be treated as fact or used to misrepresent Thais or her character.”

According to Enchinton, Thais had “no interest in turning a private family matter into a public dispute” and wanted to “move forward respectfully and privately” for Aleesi’s sake.
