Out of the way! Amanda Bynes enjoyed a fun daytime outing in New York City on Sunday, Oct. 5, where she rode a bike and bought soup as she soaked in the gorgeous fall weather.

Bynes, 28, bundled up for the brisk temperatures in a black and white plaid sweater, faded gray skinny jeans, and a matching beanie which covered her recently-dyed long blonde tresses. The former Nickelodeon star expertly navigated traffic on a Citi Bike while sporting a pair of large shades.

The star then stopped at a store to pick up warm soup. She walked out holding a tiny Coke bottle while balancing her cup of soup in the other hand. Bynes wore multiple rings on her left hand, but the one that grabbed the most attention was the same giant diamond sparkler she wore last Friday, Oct. 3, for her arrival to NYC.

Bynes first appeared in Manhattan last week — sporting a bizarre band-aid on her cheek — shortly after she was arrested for a DUI the weekend of Sept. 28. According to a police report, Bynes was pulled over at 3:30 a.m. in L.A. last Sunday, and subsequently failed a field sobriety test. Officers charged the troubled actress with a DUI (her second) after they "determined she was under the influence of a drug."

The former child star's return to NYC reminds fans of her disturbing NYC antics from last year when she was arrested in May 2013, for marijuana possession after throwing a bong out her high-rise Manhattan apartment building. Two months later, Bynes was hospitalized on a 5150 hold, and eventually treated for mental illness in late 2013.
