"The last three days have been hell. I want to thank all those who are mourning the loss of Amy — such a beautiful, brilliant person and my dear love," he told the paper in an interview published Tuesday.

While results of an autopsy performed Monday were deemed inconclusive, Traviss slammed reports that the singer's final days had been fueled by drugs.

"She has been full of life and so upbeat recently, exercising everyday and doing yoga. This terrible thing that happened is like an accident," Traviss continued, adding that his girlfriend of two years was "really looking forward" to attending a pal's upcoming wedding, and excitedly tried on outfits to wear prior to her death.

Survived by her parents, Mitch and Janis, and her older brother, Alex, Winehouse will be laid to rest at a private funeral service Tuesday.
