Aww! Andrew Garfield still has a lot of love for his ex-girlfriend Emma Stone.
During a roundtable interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Social Network star, 33, was asked which actor or actress he would want to have with him on a desert island.
Garfield immediately picked his Amazing Spider-Man costar. “Emma Stone. I love Emma,” he said. “She’s all right. She can come.”
The pair dated for four years after meeting while making the 2012 flick, and went on to star together two years later in the sequel, Amazing Spider-Man 2. Garfield took on the role of the superhero while Stone starred as his love interest, Gwen Stacy.
Earlier this year, the La La Land actress, 28, opened up about her ex in Vogue’s October issue. “[Andrew is] someone I still love very much,” she said, before joking, “I’m really glad you’re sitting down so I can tell you.”
Us Weekly confirmed in October 2015 that the Hacksaw Ridge actor and Aloha actress had called it quits for good after taking a break in April of that year. “They still have a lot of love for one another, and they are on good terms with each other and remain close,” an insider told Us at the time. “It just wasn’t working.”
