Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt feel London calling.
A source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly that the jet-setting parents of six will set up camp in London in March and “stay for at least six months” while Pitt, 52, films his sci-fi thriller World War Z 2.
While there, the United Nations special envoy “plans to focus on political projects dealing with the ongoing refugee crisis in Europe,” says the source. But first the family need to find a home. “They want to buy, but have yet to find a place that suits their needs,” says the source. “Their wishlist includes an underground drive-in entrance and a courtyard.”
The mom of kids Maddox, 14, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 9, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 7, has described their life as “nomadic.”
“They’re participating more in the choices of where we go. And if we have to go somewhere where they’re going to miss their friends, we try to get them back for a period of time — or we try to have their friends come out,” she told The Guardian in November.
The 40-year-old actress, who voices Tigress in animated flick Kung Fu Panda 3, added: “I don’t want this lifestyle to ever be something they don’t want. I don’t want them to feel they don’t want to do that one more trip, or that they can’t handle one more film abroad. So we’ll have to gauge it, make some adjustments.”
But so far, it seems the couple’s children are handling things well. Jolie brought the kids to the L.A. premiere of Kung Fu Panda 3 on Saturday, January 16, where they posed for an adorable photo together. Maddox did not attend.
