Anna Delvey didn’t let an ankle monitor ruin her outfit.
Delvey, 35, demonstrated how she got a pair of tights underneath her ankle monitor, which she wears after she was charged with grand larceny in 2019, in a new video posted via X on Thursday, May 14.
In the clip, she slipped the bottom of her black sheer tights onto her foot before threading the other leg through the monitor’s cuff. The Dancing With the Stars alum then gently pulled the stocking up until they were perfectly slipped under the monitor.
Delvey completed her look with a little black A-line dress featuring a strapless neckline.

“Don’t ever ask me how I get tights under the ankle monitor again,” Delvey captioned the post. Her fans shared their reactions in the comments section.
“Sorry I doubted you queen,” one wrote, to which she replied, “I shall forgive those who have sinned.” A second follower commented, “And all that without a single run or tear,” while a third wrote, “Hahaha, this move is just too perfect 😂.”
Delvey was convicted on multiple charges, including second-degree grand larceny, third-degree grand larceny, attempted grand larceny and theft of services, in May 2019 after she pretended to be a German heiress in order to live a luxurious life. She scammed hotels, banks and individuals of nearly $275,000 and was sentenced to four to 12 years in state prison. Delvey was also fined $24,000 and ordered to pay restitution of nearly $200,000.
After serving less than four years, Delvey was released on parole in February 2021. Shortly after, she was taken into ICE custody for overstaying her visa. Delvey still wears an ankle monitor while fighting deportation.
Delvey famously made her ankle monitor an accessory by bedazzling it while competing on season 33 of Dancing With the Stars.
