The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley and estranged husband Marcellus Wiley have been ordered to participate in mediation over custody and visitation of their three kids, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.

“The purpose of mediation is to assist you in developing a parenting plan,” read the court order obtained by Us on Wednesday, July 8.

Marcellus, 51, and Annemarie, 42 — who share son Marcellus Jr., 10, and daughters Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6 — must participate in the mediation session before their next court hearing on July 24. A video conference mediation was scheduled for July 22, at which time a child custody mediator will assist the exes in developing a parenting plan agreement.

Alternatively, Marcellus and Annemarie were given the option to resolve their child custody issues, including the time each parent will spend with the children, online without the assistance of a mediator. If they choose this option and are unable to reach an agreement using the online program, both parties must participate in the video conference.

A judge also granted Annemarie a temporary restraining order against Marcellus. The former NFL pro was ordered to stay away from Annemarie and their kids until their July 24 hearing about the restraining order.

Us reached out to reps for Annemarie and Marcellus for comment.

Annemarie filed for divorce from Marcellus in Los Angeles on Monday, July 6, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split, Us confirmed at the time. (The pair tied the knot on June 18, 2014.)

Annemarie filed for legal and physical custody of their kids without visitation. She also requested spousal support and attorneys’ fees coverage, as well as a domestic violence restraining order for herself and her children.

She accused Marcellus of “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation, much of which our children have witnessed.”

The filing came two days after Marcellus was arrested for his alleged role in a reported altercation with Annemarie during a stay at a Marriott hotel in Florida, Us confirmed. Annemarie told police that Marcellus claimed “he was going to kill her” after he had “put his hands on her,” according to her witness statement.

She also alleged that Marcellus “used one finger to sternly and intentionally poke her in the cheek” in front of one of their daughters the morning before his alleged threat. Annemarie further told officers that Marcellus had an “unreported history of violence” toward her and that she planned to divorce him when they got home to California.

Marcellus denied the claims and responded to Annemarie via social media.

“I love my children with everything I am. My highest priority has always been protecting them and preserving the relationship they have with both of their parents, ” he wrote in a lengthy statement shared via X on Tuesday, July 7. “Because of the public allegations made against me by Annemarie, I have been forced to respond with evidence rather than emotion. More importantly, I owe it to my children to truthfully document what they and I have endured.”

Marcellus continued, “To do that, I must address the lies Annemarie has told about me by telling the truth about her and our marriage. Over the years, I have compiled videos, photographs, text messages, emails, and other evidence that directly contradicts those baseless claims and provides a factual record of our family and the events leading to this unfortunate divorce.”

Marcellus accused Annemarie of “repeated infidelity” and cursing a “voodoo spell” over his family, which also includes his daughter Morocca from a previous relationship.

“I never wanted my family’s issues and struggles to become public for any reason, including divorce leverage. But I unfortunately knew this day was inevitable,” he wrote. “I was willing to endure anything — even hell itself — if it meant being with my children every single day. I am their hero, and now I am fighting to make sure the positive and real image they know of me is the one that endures.”
