Seriously cute couple! Cameron Diaz and new husband Benji Madden have been forced to spend some time apart while Madden works as a judge on The Voice Australia — but it hasn't stopped the musician from thinking about his lovely wife.
On Wednesday, March 4, Madden shared a cute photograph of him and a puppy he'd come across on his travels via Instagram. The intended recipient of the cute photo? Diaz, who — judging by his own puppy dog eyes — he's clearly pining for!
"Rule #1 When you're away from home working and you meet a puppy, always take pics to send to Bae," he captioned the shot, adding a heart and puppy emoji on the end of this message.
Madden's cute shout-out to the woman in his life comes just over a week after another, more permanent gesture of affection for Diaz.
On Monday, Feb. 23, the rocker, 35, shared another romantic Instagram picture — this time of the new tattoo he'd had emblazoned across his chest with his wife's name.
The new ink features the name "Cameron" just underneath his collarbone, in elaborate cursive text.
The Annie star, 42, and Madden said “I do” on Jan. 5 at Diaz’s Beverly Hills pad in front of family and friends including Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
