Big Brother U.K.’s Lateysha Grace got candid about “chasing perfection” by going under the knife for six Brazilian butt lifts.
“Perfection doesn’t exist,” Lateysha, 33, said during an episode of the U.K. documentary Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, detailing her surgeries over the years after her reality TV fame. “It’s actually so sad that I’ve had to put my body through that because of reckless decisions I made when I was younger,” she continued.
Looking back, Lateysha — who appeared on MTV UK’s The Valleys in 2012 and Big Brother U.K. in 2016 — said that she wishes she could tell her 18-year-old self that she was “perfect” the way she was. “Just stay as you are.”
Lateysha previously opened up about receiving “vile comments” on her appearance that negatively impacted her self-confidence.
“Lately, I’ve had horrible comments online about my body, and sometimes they do really get to me,” Lateysha said via Instagram in October 2025. “Social media can be such a toxic place. It just shocks me how men who know nothing about me can openly tear down a mom’s body.”
Lateysha shared that her body has changed after welcoming her three girls, Wynter, 10, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Ben Charles, and Layke, 4, and Navy, 18 months, whom she shares with her fiancé. (Lateysha has chosen to keep her partner’s identity private from the public.)
Despite the criticism she sees online, Lateysha said that she tunes out the negativity and sees her body in a beautiful light. “A body that’s grown life, carried a baby, and gone through postpartum,” she said. “The lack of compassion is just disgusting. I won’t pretend it doesn’t hurt because it does. I’ve learned to take that negativity and turn it into fuel.”
Lateysha was also previously candid about her BBL results, sharing via Instagram earlier this year that she wants to reverse the procedure.
“It’s something I’ve wanted for a long time. I was told by doctors before that it couldn’t be done, but I’ve finally found an amazing clinic in London that can help me,” she explained.
She added, “I won’t lie, going down this route again is hard, especially after trying everything to slim down naturally and seeing my hips just not budge. It’s really been getting me down.”
