Better late than never! Blake Lively took to Instagram on Thursday, December 15, to wish Taylor Swift a happy birthday two days after the pop star turned 27 on December 13.
The Shallows actress, 29, shared a selfie with the singer and captioned the photo, “People Who I Not Only Really Love, But Also Really LIKE, That Were Born Yesterday: Part 1 of 2.🎈 @taylorswiftyou know how I feel. 💜” In the pic, the women — dressed casually in sweaters — nuzzle their faces close together. While Lively flashes her pearly whites, Swift sports a smaller smirk.
After that, Lively wished her brother-in-law and High School Musical actor Bart Johnson (who is married to her older sister Robyn Lively) a happy birthday as well. “People That I Not Only Really Love, But Also Really LIKE, Who Were Born Yesterday: Part 2 of 2. @bart_johnson No one loves you more than @robynlively and I do. Clearly…” Lively wrote alongside a snapshot of the sisters hugging each other with serious expressions on their faces while Johnson makes a funny face in the background.
Aside from the Gossip Girl alum, many of T. Swift’s famous friends paid tribute to the “Shake It Off” songstress with sweet birthday messages of their own on December 13.
Karlie Kloss was one of the first notable names to send Swift a birthday greeting via Instagram. “I feel blessed to count you as my friend, sister and partner in crime. Can’t wait to celebrate together very soon,” the model, 24, captioned a pic of the 1989 hitmaker kissing her cheek.
Other celebs to send Swift some b-day love on her special day included Martha Hunt, Ruby Rose, Gigi Hadid, Todrick Hall, Kevin Costner and Katie Couric.
