Yikes. Brandon Davis destroyed his Mercedes sedan after getting into a crash following dinner with Mike Comrie on Thursday, Oct. 1, in Beverly Hills. In photographs obtained by TMZ, the oil heir and Hilary Duff’s ex-husband were seen drinking wine inside sushi restaurant Matsuhisa.
Los Angeles Police Department confirms to Us Weekly that Davis was the only person involved in the crash.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Paris Hilton’s BFF’s car flipped several times. An LAPD spokesperson tells ET that Davis was “very responsive” when law enforcement showed up at the scene and that he was taken to the hospital via ambulance. After being released from the hospital on Friday, he was charged with DUI.
Surrounding his totaled Mercedes were handwritten birthday cards from his relatives. Davis’ birthday appears to be Oct. 2.
In 2011, Davis was arrested for battery and cocaine possession. He is most famous for dubbing Lindsay Lohan “firecrotch” in a 2006 video rant with Paris Hilton.
