Nicholas Brendon was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts in Boise, Idaho, on Friday, Oct. 17, Us Weekly can confirm. The Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum, 43, was arrested for causing "malicious injury to a property" and "resisting and obstructing officers."

Officers were called to a downtown around 9:30 p.m. after witnesses reported a disturbance in a hotel lobby. The Criminal Minds star showed signs of intoxication and witnesses claim he broke a decorative dish during the incident. He was booked at the Ada County Jail and has since been released on bond.

Brendon previously checked himself into rehab for alcohol problems in 2004. "After realizing that I had a disease that was taking control of my life, I decided that the best way for me to regain my health was to enter a treatment facility," he posted on his website at the time. "I'm grateful for the love and support I've gotten from my wife, Tressa; my entire family; my business associates; and my friends."
