Cameron Diaz on Her Famous Exes: ‘No One Compares’ to My Husband, Benji Madden

She found her lobster! Cameron Diaz gave a revealing new interview to Andy Cohen this week, and discussed why her famous ex-boyfriends, who include Justin Timberlake, Matt Dillon, Jared Leto and Alex Rodriguez, are irrelevant now that she's married to her husband, Benji Madden.

"You know what? Nothing matters now that I have my husband," the Longevity Book author, 43, explained on Cohen's SiriusXM show. "I don't even remember any of that. Like, that's the thing. That's how I know he's my husband because there's … no one compares. Everything else just washes and slips away."

Diaz has dated some of Hollywood's hottest hunks throughout her successful film career, which includes hits like 1998's There's Something About Mary, 2000's Charlie's Angels, 2001's Shrek, 2002's Gangs of New York, 2006's The Holiday and 2014's The Other Woman. During her breakout years, she dated Dillon from 1995 to 1998, Leto from 1999 to 2003, and, most famously, Timberlake from 2003 to 2007. Her last and final fling was with Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez from 2010 to 2011.

The beauty said none of her past romances were truly what she classifies now as the real deal. "You realize, 'Oh, right, this is what the real thing is. This is what real love is. This is what real commitment and devotion is,'" she told Cohen on Tuesday, April 5. "This is the person you build your life with … and I know that this is special."

Diaz and Madden, 37, married after a three-month engagement in an intimate ceremony in her living room in January 2015. According to the star, her friends and other close confidants would tell her in the past that she would "just know when you know" that she had met her match.

"I was always like, 'What does that mean? What does that mean?' Then I was like, 'Oh, I get it, you just know when you know, like, you're my husband."

As first reported by Us Weekly, Diaz and Madden were introduced by Benji's twin brother, Joel Madden, and his wife, Nicole Richie, at a backyard barbecue. "Joel said, 'Hey, can my brother come over?'" Diaz recalled. "And I said, 'Of course. It's family, we're having a barbecue,' and then he walked in the door and I was like, 'You! You!'"
