Carson Daly and his longtime girlfriend Siri Pinter are set to welcome their second child — a baby girl — in a matter of weeks, but no one in their household is more psyched to have a new family member than 3-year-old Jackson.
"Our son is on board," The Voice host, 38, told Us Weekly of his little boy at a Sunday press junket promoting season 3. "For a while it was like, 'Does he know another one is coming?' [But now] he talks to her and he's excited by her."
Keeping Jackson content until Baby Girl Daly arrives? Brand-new toys chosen just for him. "[We have been] giving Jackson a lot of gifts — like Transformers — so he's already really excited for this young lady to come out," dad explains.
Expecting their new arrival in three weeks, former MTV VJ Daly is doing all he can to savor family time during a break from NBC's The Voice.
"Siri's doing great. We're so excited," confirms Daly of his expectant girlfriend, 31. "I'm glad The Voice is done shooting right now . . . it will give me a minute to breathe. My focus is my family right now."
Daly and food blogger Pinter announced their second pregnancy in May.
