Known for heralding in the teen pop music era that characterized the late ’90’s, Carson Daly was born on June 22, 1973, in Santa Monica, Calif. He jumpstarted his television career hosting MTV’s music video countdown program TRL, now serving as the show’s executive producer. Daly has taken his hosting skills to NBC, entertaining insomniac Americans on Last Call With Carson Daly. Daly also helms his own record label, 456 Records, and hosts a syndicated weekly radio show, Carson Daly Most Requested. Always at the forefront of pop culture, Daly plans to create a TV program, It’s Your Show, showcasing the best viral videos from sites like YouTube. Daly has dated Party of Five actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and was once engaged to American Pie starlet Tara Reid. He’s currently engaged to Siri Pinter, with whom he has children James Jackson and Etta.
