She’s one hot mama! Charlize Theron rang in her 38th birthday with her main man, 17-month-old son Jackson, during a Hawaiian getaway on Wednesday, Aug. 7, and proved that some things really do get better with age, showing off her enviable bikini body in a bright red swimsuit.
The Prometheus actress, who spent the previous weekend with a few close pals in Rome, revealed toned abs and defined arms as she tended to Jackson and watched as he trotted around with a tiny scuba mask in hand.
The Oscar winner accessorized her glam beach look with a pair of black shades, several gold bangles, and a few drop necklaces.
The actress opened up to Ellen DeGeneres about her two-year-long adoption process in May 2012.
“From the moment this baby came into our home, those two dogs have never been more in love,” she told the talk show host, referring to her two rescue pups, who welcomed Jackson into the home. “It’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed.”
“People keep saying, ‘You’re a single mom.’ I go, ‘Actually, I’m not. I got two boys helping me out,'” she added.
Just three days earlier, the Oscar winner had a more grown-up celebration, dining with pals at Antica Pesa in Rome.
“She was in great spirits, looking beautiful and admiring the Roman sky,” a source told ABC News, adding that the group was “very relaxed” as she enjoyed her pre-birthday meal.
