Chloe Grace Moretz clearly has no trouble spilling about her new beau Brooklyn Beckham. The If I Stay actress opened up about David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son once again in Teen Vogue’s October 2014 issue.
“What I find really interesting about Brooklyn — and what I really love about that kid — is that he is passionate about what he wants, which is to be a pro soccer star,” the 17-year-old cover star said. “He’s very serious about it. And I enjoy someone who is on my level with the seriousness kind of thing.” (Beckham’s famous dad announced his retirement from the sport in May 2013.)
Us Weekly broke news of the couple’s romance early last month. One week later, the aspiring model accompanied Moretz to the 2014 Teen Choice Awards in L.A. on Aug. 10.
They’ve “gone on a couple dates and are seeing where it goes. They were each other’s crush,” an insider previously told Us. After meeting at SoulCycle, they’ve also enjoyed some downtime at the beach and have been photographed skateboarding together.
Despite the innocent young love, Moretz’s siblings have taken on the role of protector. “My brothers will follow [my boyfriends] on Instagram and Twitter,” the Carrie star told the mag. “It’s a sort of [cyber warning] that says, ‘I’m here. I’m on top of you.'”
