No one's laughing after Chris Kattan's latest public appearance. According to TMZ, the Saturday Night Live alum was arrested early in the morning on Monday, Feb. 10 when he allegedly confessed to being on prescription medications while driving.
Kattan, 43, was reportedly arrested on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley. Another driver called in the actor's reckless driving, saying the comedian was "weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds" before allegedly crossing into a coned off area and hitting a Department of Transportation vehicle from behind.
A source told TMZ that Kattan was arrested specifically for drugs and not alcohol. He was not injured and no one was in the government vehicle at the time of the crash.
Kattan starred on SNL from 1996 to 2003 and became a household name after his role as Doug Butabi in 1998's A Night at the Roxbury with fellow SNL star Will Ferrell. He has since held a recurring role on ABC's The Middle for four years and is set to star in the 2014 comedy Walk of Fame alongside hunky model Scott Eastwood.
