According to the Sports Illustrated model, 30, that whole “my people will call your people” scenario is actually real. “Yes,” she told an inquisitive follower, “we are incapable of handling our own lives and need to be coddled like children.”

Another fan asked the cookbook author, “Do famous people introduce themselves to other famous people they've never met?” To which Teigen replied: “They do. And whomever is the lesser celebrity giggles and goes, ‘Oh, I know!!’ and the other celeb smirks annoyingly.”

As for how celebrities get their photo taken while out and about, Teigen admitted that not all celebs call the paparazzi on themselves; they’re just aware of where to go while looking fly. “You just go to a pap-ridden restaurant like Craig's or Nice Guy duhhhh!,” Teigen told the curious fan of the beloved West Hollywood hot spots.

Teigen also revealed how celebs handle social media notifications on their phones, considering they receive thousand of likes on Instagram.

“How do famous people know if one of their in real life friends liked their insta pic or not? @chrissyteigen,” one Twitter follower asked. “Set to ‘people you follow’ notifications only!” the mom to newborn daughter, Luna, explained.

She also said she uses husband John Legend’s name to secure better tables at restaurants, and that if she orders delivery, she has her mother, Vilailuck, answer the door, “unless I feel like getting on their phone and saying ‘Hi' to their niece’s friend’s aunt.”

Celebrities also aren’t stepping out to buy things such as toilet paper, because, as Teigen says, hello, Amazon!
