Teen Mom alum David Eason is opening up about his new girlfriend, Madi B, after breaking up with Jenelle Evans.
“Madison and I have been acquainted for a few years, but we never had the chance to get close,” David, 38, exclusively tells Us. “In the past, we always locked eyes every time we saw each other in public. It was just bad timing until now.”
The former MTV reality star continues, “I’m so glad I met her, and she treats me better than I could’ve ever imagined.”
Fans first speculated that David had moved on from Jenelle, 36, after he shared a photo with Madi online.
“Just friends BTW,” he wrote via Facebook on Sunday, September 27, while posing with the content creator on a boat in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Days later, Madi shared a video of herself kissing David on the lips. “Friendships evolve, right,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, September 29.
“Madison gets up early to cook me breakfast and makes me lunch before I go to work,” David tells Us. “She gives me a back rub every night, treats me so special, and it is clear to see she adores me as much as I do her. I couldn’t ask for a better partner, and we are anticipating a long future together.”

Last month, Jenelle promised her fans that she is “done” with David after letting him back into her life. (The pair share 9-year-old daughter Ensley.)
“The topic of David. Just think this needs to be addressed to all of my fans because I’ve just been so transparent with you guys over the years,” Jenelle explained in a September 9 TikTok video. “Everything was nice at first, [he was] very sweet and caring. He was trying to hold my hand and touch me a lot. That all went away within a month.”
She continued, “I’m always a believer of second chances, unfortunately. I do that with my exes. That’s my track record. Everybody knows that. This time, at least it only took a few months to see the dramatic change in his behavior. Ladies, don’t put up with that.”
As Jenelle focuses on her health — she was previously diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) — David told Us last month that he doesn’t want to look back on past drama with his ex. Instead, he’s focused on the future.
“My purpose in life has nothing to do with defending myself. I would rather offend the public, which is why I just recorded three new songs that will give everyone more of an idea of how much I actually care what they think!” he said at the time. “My new song ‘Still David’ will give everyone more insight on how much I care what anyone thinks. Coming soon to all platforms!”
