Happy holidays? Funny woman Ellen DeGeneres has a special surprise for fans this Christmas season, inspired by both Kanye West and his bride-to-be Kim Kardashian. After West, 36, debuted his raunchy "Bound 2" music video on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the comedic host made a Christmas card (a la the Kardashians' famous card) inspired by the music video with wife of five years, Portia de Rossi. Check out the full reveal here.
The card reads, "Bound for a Merry Christmas, Love, Ellen & Portia," and features de Rossi portraying the video's topless Kim Kardashian and DeGeneres as a grinning version of rapper Kanye West.
West's premiere of the video on the popular daytime talk show received mixed reviews, but DeGeneres told Us Weekly in late November that there were no hard feelings on her end.
"I got to see it about 20 minutes before he was on the show," she told Us. "And I thought, you know, Kanye does things in a different way than most people. And he wanted to do a green screen motorcycle ride with Kim. And that's how they would ride a motorcycle and so, God bless them!"
DeGeneres isn't the first celebrity to spoof the music video. Actors Seth Rogen and James Franco did a scene-by-scene reenactment called "Bound 3" that both Kardashian and West praised.
"You nailed it!!!" the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 33, tweeted to Rogen. "Sooo funny!"
