What do you have to say for yourself, Mr. Jonas? Ellen DeGeneres invited Nick Jonas on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, Oct. 22, where she, naturally, put the former boy bander, 23, in the hot seat.
The talk show host, 57, first noted that she is actually Jonas’ landlord (he is renting out her Los Angeles home), to which he quickly assured her, “Everyone that comes into my house uses coasters. There’s no rings on the tables!”
DeGeneres then pried a little further, noting, “I know that you went through a breakup recently, you seem to be doing fine, you seem to be doing okay.”
“Ish, yeah,” he replied. “You know, it’s an adjustment. I was with my ex [Olivia Culpo] for two years and when my life dramatically changed — I started touring and doing all of these projects — it was an adjustment doing it alone.”
“You don’t seem to be alone,” DeGeneres teased, referencing Jonas’ new romance with actress Kate Hudson.
“What makes you say that?” he asked, blushing.

“Well, because there’s someone who ends up being in the same city as you all the time, coincidentally,” she replied, grinning.
The hot new couple first sparked rumors in late September when they were spotted at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Fla., together. Since then, Jonas and Hudson have been spotted out together several times, including a recent club outing in NYC.
