In the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now), Brandi Glanville slams ex Eddie Cibrian, saying he's "too busy juggling his women to be a proper parent."
Though Cibrian, 36, said in an Aug. 27 statement he's committed to "being a devoted father," a source tells Us Weekly he skipped his 2-year-old son Jake's very first day of school Aug. 31 so he could vacation with new 27-year-old girlfriend LeAnn Rimes in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The source adds that he knows Glanville, 36 – also mother to son Mason, 6 – is home with the kids "so he feels free to go be this bachelor."
