Exes Ant Anstead and Christina Haack recently reunited while supporting their 7-year-old son, Hudson, at school.
The Ant Anstead: Born Mechanic host, 47, and the Flip or Flop alum, 43, came together to support their 7-year-old as his classmates shared his best attributes during a special presentation.
“Our not so little boy celebrated his ‘marvelous me’ day at school with his class sharing special things about him,” Anstead, 47, wrote via Instagram on Friday, September 18, alongside a photo of himself with Haack, 43, at Hudson’s school.
He continued: “Hudzo we love you and we are so proud of you. Listening to the class talk about what a wonderful boy you are was special. Hudzo impacts everyone he meets, and we already know it! Oh and mum of course brought the class donuts for the win! X.”
Earlier this month, the former couple joined forces as they celebrated Hudson’s birthday.
“Happy 7️⃣ Birthday Hudson!! My sweet boy I adore you and your kind soul!! Smart, adventurous, helpful, silly and a full on Virgo when it comes to organization 😂. I am so lucky to be your mama!! We love you 🤍 ☀️🌙 💫,” Haack captioned a post.
Anstead replied to the sweet message, adding, “We are doing a good job! X.”
Haack found love with Anstead following her divorce from first husband Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares daughter Taylor, 15, and son Brayden, 11. Haack married Anstead in 2018 and welcomed their son, Hudson, in 2019. The duo called it quits in 2020, finalizing their divorce the following year.
“Ant and I split up when Hudson was 1 and now he is 5. Between the time of his first birthday and fifth, we did not communicate a lot,” Haack recalled on a 2025 episode of HGTV’s The Flip Off.
Haack subsequently exchanged vows with Josh Hall, while Anstead moved on with Renée Zellweger.
The HGTV personality split from Hall in 2024, with their divorce being finalized in 2025. Haack has since credited the end of her third marriage with allowing her to reconnect with Anstead.
“After Josh and I split up, I went over to his house to pick up Hudson and he gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years and he said, ‘I am so sorry for everything you are going through and I am here for you no matter what you need,'” Haack said on her show. “It was a very nice moment and we had a very long talk after. We decided to put all the BS aside and be good coparents.”
