Yolanda Foster is one proud mom! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 51, attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in NYC on Tuesday, Nov. 10, to support her daughter Gigi Hadid.
The model, 20, walked in the show for the first time, along with famous pal Kendall Jenner, and Foster was thrilled.
“She was born an angel,” Foster, a former model herself, gushed to reporters on the pink carpet.
She also revealed that it was a long road for Hadid to finally make it onto the Victoria’s Secret runway.
“This didn’t just fall into her lap,” Foster said. “She missed it twice. This was her third try and she pulled it off and got a spot that millions of beautiful, beautiful women deserve as much as she does. That’s part of the game.”
Foster recalled the moment that her daughter broke the exciting news that she had landed the gig, saying, “She called me the minute she walked out, from the car, and it was probably one of the highlights of a mother’s life, obviously.”
After years in the modeling industry, Foster had some words of sage wisdom for her little girl.
“You know, my advice at this point was just be yourself and enjoy the moment because this moment will never return,” she said.
