Gina Rodriguez and boyfriend Henri Esteve are no longer dating, a source confirms to Us Weekly. The Jane the Virgin star, 31, and the Revenge actor dated for a little more than a year after meeting at a wrap party.
The actress, who won a Golden Globe in January for her portrayal The CW hit’s lead character Jane, who is accidentally receives artificial insemination, previously told Us that her now ex had strong, emotional reactions to her work on Jane the Virgin. “When your super-tough Cuban boyfriend from Miami starts tearing up, you’re like, ‘I’m doing something right,’” she gushed to Us in January.
And just in April, she sat down with HuffPost Live and revealed that Esteve, who played Javier on Revenge, was the person who kept her grounded amidst her growing success.
Though she may be single now, the actress is living it up. She glowed at the Emmys on Sunday, Sept. 21, in a romantic pink Lorena Sarbu gown, and even shared an Instagram photo of herself laughing with John Stamos, and another one in which she made a shocked face as she posed with supermodels Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell on the red carpet.
