The Bachelor alum Hannah Brown is updating fans on her continued health journey after she underwent surgery to correct her “abnormal” uterus.

“Putting adult diapers and all my matching pajamas into good use!!” Brown, 31, captioned an Instagram video on Monday, April 27. “Little recap, I finally had a procedure I’d been putting off for a while 🤍.”

The reality star explained, “A few years ago, after being diagnosed with PCOS and getting an ultrasound for the first time, I found out I have an abnormal uterus. At first, they thought it was a didelphys uterus but later confirmed it’s a bicorporeal septate uterus — basically, my uterus is kind of separated into two sides, and that can lead to infertility issues. The good news is, it’s something that can be treated with surgery.”

Brown added that she knew “for a while” that she would need to have surgery before trying to have kids with husband Adam Woolard, whom she married in July 2025.

“Life has been so full,” she continued. “Moving across the country, writing books, planning a wedding, buying a house — family planning just hasn’t been front of mind. I still don’t know if I’m ready (does anyone ever fully feel ready?!) but it felt like time to take a first step — and this was that for me.”

Brown also noted that she is “fortunate” to have been diagnosed with the condition early so she could seek the proper treatment in a timely fashion.

“So many women walk through loss and disappointment before getting answers, and that’s not lost on me. Thank you to those who have shared your stories with me and encouraged me to share mine,” she concluded. “Recovery has been pretty smooth, and I’ve been so well taken care of – shoutout to my sweet husband @admandew and parents for being the best! 🤍.”

In the video, Brown wore pajamas and rested in bed as someone off-camera handed her a glass and a can of soda. The clip was set to Justin Bieber’s song “Everything Hallelujah.”

“Doing what I put off for years hallelujah,” Brown over the video, referencing a viral social media trend. “Successful surgery hallelujah. Family planning era hallelujah. My mom being my superhero hallelujah. Matching PJ sets hallelujah. Disposable underwear hallelujah. Naps and Netflix hallelujah.”

Brown previously opened up about her health battle in May 2025.

“I still haven’t quite gotten to this because I’m not at a place where I’m ready to have children and I didn’t want to have another thing to add stress, but like, I have a double uterus and I had never been told that until this,” the model said while discussing her polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) diagnosis on Maria Menounos’ “Heal Squad” podcast.

Brown also opened up about wanting to be a mom someday.

“I definitely think I would love to have a child. I don’t want to miss out on that experience,” she shared. “But I haven’t been quite ready yet, which I think makes sense. I want to get married first. I want to be able to do that. But, it’s not like, I’ve never been to just like, just waiting, waiting, waiting for that to happen, But I do think I’m going to want to have that experience when it’s time.”
