A cause of death for Liam Fitzgerald has been revealed days after the influencer died in a motorcycle accident at age 29.
Fitzgerald died of blunt force injuries, a spokesperson for Broward County’s Office of Medical Examiner and Trauma Services told People on Wednesday, November 4. His manner of death was ruled an accident.

Fitzgerald’s girlfriend, Jamie Lyn Rin, announced his death via Instagram on Saturday, October 31.
“It is with the heaviest heart that I share the devastating news that Liam passed away following a motorcycle accident on October 30th at approximately 2 AM,” she wrote via Instagram. “He suffered severe injuries, and despite the efforts of those who tried desperately to save him, they were unable to bring him back.”
Rin continued, “There are no words to describe the heartbreak of this loss. This is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time for everyone who knew and loved him. Please keep Liam’s family, loved ones, and everyone closest to him in your thoughts and prayers. Please give us grace, love and privacy as [we] navigate this unimaginable loss. Rest peacefully, Liam, we love you so much.”
In a Monday, November 2, update, Rin shared more details about the aftermath of Fitzgerald’s death.
“Hearing the trauma surgeon tell me you didn’t make it was the most painful moment of my entire life. A moment that still doesn’t feel real,” she wrote via Instagram. “I keep wishing this is all a horrible dream, and that somehow I’ll wake up and you’ll still be here.”
Rin added, “Having to say goodbye to you was absolutely gut-wrenching. There are no words for the pain of losing someone you love so deeply and so suddenly.”
Paying tribute to Fitzgerald, she continued, “You were so special to me, Liam. You were the love of my life, my person, and someone I truly believed I had so much more time with. … Like all of us, Liam made mistakes, but what mattered was his willingness to grow, make things right, and never give up on us. He showed through his actions that he wanted to be better, and he never stopped fighting for what he wanted.”
Fitzgerald’s family also paid tribute to the content creator in the wake of his untimely death.
“There are no words to describe the loss of someone as special as Liam,” they shared in a Sunday, November 1, post on Fitzgerald’s Instagram. “Liam was a shining light. He had a way of lighting up every room he walked into, a personality impossible to forget, and a heart that loved deeply. From family and friends to teammates, strangers, and people around the world, he inspired so many. He loved his people fiercely and would protect them with everything he had.”
Fitzgerald was a fitness and lifestyle influencer who had one million followers on Instagram. He was also an online coach and OnlyFans creator.
