AnnaLynne McCord and her husband, Danny Cipriani, are ready to take the next step in their relationship after recently tying the knot.
“AnnaLynne McCord and Danny Cipriani want to expand their family,” a source exclusively tells Us, adding that the newlyweds are planning for their first baby.
The Days of Our Lives actress, 39, announced on August 23 that she and Cipriani, 38, had exchanged vows one day prior in a bohemian ceremony held in the backyard of their Los Angeles home. (The couple plan to hold additional ceremonies in London and Cambodia at the Angkor Wat tourist site.)
“I married the love of my life yesterday. And it’s real; it wasn’t a dream,” McCord revealed in an Instagram video at the time. “There’s love. There’s a grace upon my being. Every moment of this creation, of this ceremony, every moment of ritual, every stolen glance, until we could just stand there holding hands, looking in each other’s eyes for a frozen moment that held the current of infinity.”
Now that they are officially husband and wife, the insider tells Us that McCord and Cipriani are excited about the prospect of becoming parents.
“They want to start a family so badly that she has already picked out possible baby names,” the source reveals to Us. “They’re anxious to get that ball rolling.”
Us has reached out to the couple for comment.
McCord and Cipriani made headlines in the run-up to their wedding when they created a HoneyFund page to crowdsource the costs associated with their big day. Well-wishers could pitch in $600 to help pay for McCord and Cipriani’s wedding cake or contribute $500 toward their rehearsal dinner, among other items.
The 90210 alum shared in August that her wedding turned out to be “incredibly timeless,” calling the whole day “a blessing.”
“The energies swirling around this wedding are all completely perfect. Not a foot put wrong, no missed step, no comment, no headline, not a sinkhole,” she said via Instagram. “Words are beauty in the eye of the beholder, and I see only beauty, only love. Happy first day being AnnaLynne Cipriani to me.”
McCord and Cipriani originally dated from 2016 to 2020 before the actress exclusively confirmed to Us in May 2024 that they were back together.
“I wasn’t looking for it at all. It kind of found me,” she told Us about her connection with Cipriani. “It’s the most unlikely situation ever because I was with this person on and off for four years, and we were two shadows matching the shadow of the other person.”
She went on to say, “Now we’re together and it’s new, but we are both showing up for ourselves in life. And because we can show up for ourselves, we’re matching each other on every level and we’re having painful conversations of where we were, because they’re honest and they’re real and I wouldn’t want anything else.”
Cipriani ultimately popped the question on Christmas Day in 2025 in front of McCord’s entire family.
“I cried for 10 minutes straight,” McCord told People in April. “At some point, I realized I had to answer. I said, ‘Yes, but I can’t even speak,’ and he replied, ‘That’s OK, it’s actually a good sign that you are quiet for once.’ Then, we’re all laughing.”
Prior to her relationship with the former rugby player, McCord dated Twilight’s Kellan Lutz from 2008 to 2010 and later was with Prison Break star Dominic Purcell from 2011 to 2014.
