New details have been revealed regarding former Bachelor star Courtney Robertson and husband Humberto Preciado’s divorce.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the former Bachelor winner, 42, filed the necessary paperwork to end her marriage on June 26, claiming in the paperwork that the relationship was “irretrievably broken.”

Robertson asked the court to order the former couple share joint legal decision-making and “possibly award [her] final decision-making authority” when it comes to the care of their minor children.” She requested the court to decide on parenting time “with the best interest” of the children in mind.

The former reality star has also asked the court to award her both child and spousal support. (Robertson and Preciado share sons Joaquin, 6, and Gabriel, 2, as well as daughter Paloma, 4.)

Robertson also requested the court to divide her and Preciado’s marital assets and debts in a “fair and equitable manner.“ She is requesting to be “fully compensated for any waste or dissipation of marital assets committed by her husband” and compensated for any remaining debts.

Robertson also wants the court to order her husband to cover the cost of her legal fees.

Days earlier, Robertson announced that she and Preciado are going their separate ways after six years of marriage.

“I made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” Robertson said in a statement to People on Friday, July 10, claiming that she learned “information that irreparably damaged” her trust. “This has been one of the hardest seasons of my life, and as I continue to process everything, my focus remains on my three beautiful children. They are, and always will be, my highest priority.”

Robertson added that she hopes her and Preciado can maintain an amicable coparenting relationship.

“While this isn’t the future I envisioned for our family, I believe choosing peace and a healthy, stable environment for my children is the right path forward,” she continued. “I remain committed to coparenting with kindness and respect. I kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this next chapter, especially for the sake of our children. I’m grateful for the love and support I’ve received and am taking things one day at a time.”

Bachelor Nation was introduced to Robertson in 2012, during Ben Flajnik’s season of The Bachelor. Robertson won Flajnik’s final rose and the pair got engaged during the finale. Robertson and Flajnik had an on-and-off relationship before calling it quits for good in October 2012.

Years after her split from Flajnik, Robertson moved on with Preciado after connecting with him via social media in 2019.

“There was just a level of comfort and connection that I’ve never felt before. I never believed in that feeling of when you know, you know until I met him,” she exclusively told Us in December 2019. “Nor have I been with someone that I so clearly wanted to start a family with.”
