Madelyn Cline is off the market again and dating real estate agent Michael Reyes “shortly after” splitting from influencer Henry Smith, Us can exclusively confirm.
The Outer Banks star, 28, “ended things with Henry at the end of June,” a source exclusively tells Us, noting that Cline “started seeing Michael shortly after.”
“It’s new but she moved on very quickly,” the insider says.
Smith, 29, who was first linked to Cline in April, was “heartbroken by the split,” per the source, who adds that “it felt sudden and abrupt to him.” (Us exclusively confirmed on April 7 that Smith and Cline were “dating” after the actress joined Smith’s family for Easter days prior and appeared in his TikTok recap.)
Cline, however, has seemingly bounced back after her breakup, going public with Reyes earlier this month.
The new couple were spotted grabbing dinner at El Cava in Studio City, California, this week, according to photos published by Deuxmoi on Thursday, August 6.
Cline and Reyes were photographed kissing, holding hands across the table and smiling at one another while enjoying mussels and white wine.
The source tells Us that Reyes works in real estate in Los Angeles and met Cline “through mutual friends” out in the city.
“They are having fun,” the insider adds of the budding romance.
Us has reached out to Cline’s rep for comment.
Cline is no stranger to having her love life make headlines. After she made her debut as Sarah Cameron on Netflix’s Outer Banks in April 2020, fans began to ship Cline and costar Chase Stokes, who plays her love interest John B on the series.
Two months later, Cline and Stokes, 33, hard-launched their relationship. The pair dated for more than one year before Us confirmed in November 2021 that the actors called it quits.
As Cline continued to work closely with Stokes on the hit series, her dating life continued to attract fans.
The I Know What You Did Last Summer actress later dated musician Jackson Guthy from June 2022 to July 2023. Us broke the news in September 2023 that Cline moved on with Pete Davidson, but by the following September they were broken up.
In September 2025, Cline caused a stir when she was spotted packing on the PDA with Prince William’s godson Prince Constantine-Alexios of Greece. Amid their whirlwind romance, the pair were seen making out and holding hands in New York City on multiple occasions.
However, in February rumors swirled that Cline was romancing her longtime friend Lukas Gage.
After DeuxMoi posted a photo of Cline and Gage, 31, together via Instagram with the caption, “From friends to flames: Lukas Gage and Madelyn Cline turn romance real. 🚨NEW COUPLE ALERT!” Cline shut down the speculation.
“Omfg,” she replied in the comments section, seemingly making fun of the rumor. In a separate comment, Cline added, “Loml but also I feel like there are better pictures of me.”
Cline went public with Smith two months later before their brief romance ended in June.
Reyes, meanwhile, appears to have many famous friends — outside of his romantic connection with Cline.
For starters, he attended the Flaunt & Jaeger-LeCoultre Celebrate Flaunt‘s 200th Issue at Sunset Tower Hotel in November 2025 with Rob Lowe’s son John Owen Lowe.
Reyes has also received support from A-listers like Patrick Schwarzenegger and Maude Apatow via Instagram for his accomplishments as a real estate agent.
Gage and Cline’s The Map That Leads to You costar KJ Apa have also celebrated Reyes’ career via his social media comments.
