Kyle Richards’ eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, can hardly wait to welcome her first baby with Zach Goldsmith.
“Farrah is over the moon and so excited about becoming a mom,” a source exclusively tells Us. “She has wanted this for so long and she is living her dream. It was a shock to the family in the best way and they are ecstatic about a baby boy coming soon.”
The insider explained that Goldsmith and Richards’ estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, have “done business together for years and are good friends.” (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shares Farrah with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, whom she was married to from 1988 to 1992. Richards is also the mom of daughters Alexia, 30, Sophia, 26, and Portia, 18, with Umansky, 56.)
Farrah and Goldsmith, meanwhile, have also known each other for years but “became closer” when they filmed Buying Beverly Hills, the source shared.
In 2024, Goldsmith separated from his wife, Jennifer Hamilton-Goldsmith, and began a relationship with Farrah shortly after. The insider shared that Goldsmith and Farrah have “been dating for over a year and a half now.”
“His ex-wife Jen supports the relationship, and they are all cordial,” the insider said. “Farrah isn’t necessarily helping coparent or involved in his other two sons’ lives, but they are navigating how to incorporate the new baby into the mix.”
Us reached out to Farrah and Goldsmith’s reps for comment.
Farrah announced her pregnancy in July, sharing maternity photos alongside the news that her first baby would be arriving in late November. At the time, Richards shared her excitement by commenting on Farrah’s post, “I can’t wait for this new chapter!! I love you so much Fairy.”
While Farrah did not disclose the father’s identity at the time, she shared one month later that it was Goldsmith as the pair announced the baby’s sex.
“@Zach Goldsmith and I are having a….” Farrah captioned a Sunday, August 23, TikTok video of the pair learning they are expecting a boy.
In the clip, Farrah sat beside Goldsmith while opening a basket that featured blue flowers. The couple were surrounded by loved ones including Richards and Umansky.
Farrah later took to her Instagram Story to share a sweet image with Goldsmith. In the pic, Farrah held her cat — who sported a blue bow collar wrapped around the neck — and smiled as Goldsmith leaned in with his eyes closed.
