Jacob Roloff and his wife, Isabel Roloff, are mourning what may be the end of an era after his dad, Matt Roloff, relisted 16 acres of the family farm featured on Little People, Big World for $2.6 million.
The couple separately took to TikTok on Wednesday, September 16, to open up about this potentially being their final year selling pumpkins from Roloff farms.
“Well, that sucks. I certainly tried to keep the tradition going,” Jacob, 29, said in his new video, following news in June that Matt, 64, was selling a portion of the 109-acre Helvetia, Oregon, property. “There was nothing too distinguishing about our pumpkin patch beyond the show, so definitely wanted to get back to growing our own pumpkins, growing our own corn, doing a corn maze and things like that.”
Jacob, who is the son of exes Matt and Amy Roloff, added, “Couldn’t really get there with management, so, yeah, other things are happening, and I likely will not be here past January. Tradition [for] one more year! Come pick a pumpkin! See me!”

Isabel, 30, also shared her thoughts on the matter, replying to a fan’s comment on Wednesday that read, “I am sad to think you all won’t be there maybe next year.”
She wrote back, “Trust us, we’re sad too. All we can do is keep doing what we’re doing and hope it’s enough.”
Prior to his relisting, Matt tried to sell a portion of the property for $4 million in 2022. Matt also offered the house as a short-term vacation rental, but later took it off the market and relisted it for $2.8 million in August 2025.
Last April, Matt opened up about his decision, telling People, “Yes, I had truly hoped that the entire farm would remain in the family forever — but life happened and that was not meant to be. My kids each have their own wonderful lives, some with their own farms, projects, and their own individual dreams, which I honor and am so proud of.”
Jacob, who tied the knot with Isabel in 2019, grew up on the farm with his siblings, twins Zach and Jeremy, 36, and Molly, 33. When Amy, 63, separated from Matt in 2015, she sold her half of the property to him.
Jeremy and his wife, Audrey Roloff, previously opened up about wanting to purchase the farm in March, sharing via Instagram, “Things my February content didn’t tell you about my February … Jer’s dad told the kids he was going to list Roloff Farms for sale again. It has been on and off the market over the last six years since we tried to buy it in 2020.”
Isabel responded to the post in August while answering fans’ questions, claiming that Audrey, 35, and Jeremy “never talked to” her and Jacob about buying the farm.
“They have never talked to us about it. We don’t have the money to ‘save’ it but we are here, every day, showing up, working it,” she wrote. “We tend to the plants and animals and the land of this place.”
She added, “I just get a bad taste in my mouth that they talk about it like they would be the ones to come in and save the day when we’re here, wishing we could find a way to make it work. They never asked if we wanted to work together.”
