The Roloff family has spent the better part of two decades in the spotlight — first on Little People, Big World, and more recently amid a family rift over the fate of the Oregon farm they built their empire on.

Matt and Amy Roloff were married from 1987 to 2015. They share twins Zach and Jeremy, as well as son Jacob and daughter Molly. Following their divorce, Amy sold her share of Roloff Farms to Matt. The 109-acre property in Hillsboro, Oregon, has since been at the center of years of family tension. Matt first listed 16 acres — including the original family home and red barn — for $4 million in May 2022 and later dropped the asking price.

Matt initially hoped to keep the property in the family, later claiming in 2022 that “Roloff Farm cannot be legally divided into multiple parcels,” alleging Zach and Jeremy “decided not to consider working together toward a possible joint sale.” He now rents the main house as a short-term rental.

In August 2026, Jacob’s wife, Isabel Roloff, revealed her stance about the family farm after a fan asked how she felt about Jeremy’s wife, Audrey Roloff, posting about wanting to buy the property.

Here’s where the branches of the Roloff family tree stands amid the real estate drama:

Zach Roloff and Tori Roloff Move Away

Zach and his wife, Tori Roloff, have relocated from Portland to Battle Ground, Washington, with their three kids: Jackson, Lilah and Josiah.

In March 2026, Tori made it clear the couple had no interest in taking over the family land.

“Because this is our backyard and we are very content with our little slice of heaven,” she wrote via her Instagram Stories during a Q&A session.

As for Zach, his relationship with his father already hit a low point in 2024 over the farm drama.

“When it comes to my dad, I don’t know … that ship all sailed,” Zach said during  the season 25 finale of LPBW. “There’s not much of a relationship, just doing our own thing. Time might even it out, everything will be healed, it’ll just be different.”

Matt, meanwhile, told Entertainment Tonight that month there was a chance of reconciliation, stating, “Time heals all wounds.”

Jeremy Roloff and Audrey Roloff Are Reconsidering the Offer

Zach’s twin, Jeremy, and wife Audrey tried to buy the farm in 2020 before the negotiations fell through. Audrey later revealed in a March 2026 Instagram post that Matt had, again, told his children he planned to list the property — and this time, they were tempted.

“Obviously, a lot of healing and moving on has happened since then,” Audrey wrote. “We have been busy building our own dream on the property we bought a couple years after the farm fell through, but after having Bode’s birthday in the barn last month, we sort of had this ‘what if’ moment.”

She added, “If we wanted to sell our house and buy the farm now, we could. It feels like God is giving us the opportunity to choose it again if we want. We do feel conflicted.”

Months later in August 2026, Audrey claimed via Instagram that the couple “had the opportunity to revisit purchasing the farm.” She said that they “ultimately decided not to” buy the property.

Jacob Roloff and Isabel Roloff Live on the Land

The youngest Roloff son, Jacob, and his wife, Isabel, currently live on the property with their son Mateo. Isabel has been quick to correct fans who assume Jacob inherited the farm.

“He didn’t [get the farm]! We live on the property along with Matt, who owns it still,” Isabel shared in a November 2025 TikTok video. “We rent our house and Jacob works here full time. I care for the animals.”

In a separate TikTok upload, Isabel acknowledged the couple’s financial reality, “We can’t afford to fully buy it from Matt. We do love living here while we can and Jacob takes good care of it.”

The next year, Isabel slammed sister-in-law Audrey’s comments about trying to buy the land.

“It feels incredibly disappointing,” Isabel wrote via social media in August 2026. “They have never talked to us about it. We don’t have the money to ‘save’ it but we are here, every day, showing up, working it. We tend to the plants and animals and the land of this place. … At the end of the day? You just need money.”

Amy Roloff Watches From the Sidelines

Amy Roloff, who married Chris Marek in August 2021, has been open about her sadness over the family’s rift and the fate of the home where she raised her kids.

“Well, you know, it was hard for me to watch,” Amy exclusively told Us in 2022. “I don’t know a lot of the details of the negotiation that went on between Matt and Zach [but] I’ve heard little bits here and there. I’m just sad that it’s come to this. Parts of me [are] not exactly [surprised] because I’ve dealt with Matt over the years and he can be tough, he can be grinding, but I also think whatever the expectations were from both of them, they went out the window [and] they obviously did not sync up.”

She added, “I’ve said it in the episodes before, Matt is still the father, he is still ‘the adult.’ I don’t care how old your kids are. Sometimes there are things that they may need to learn, but … as a father, you may have to take the higher road.”

The Roloff Family Reunited for the Holidays

Despite lingering tension, the Roloffs gathered for both Thanksgiving and Christmas in 2025.

“A lot to be Thankful for…. counting my many blessings,” Matt wrote via Instagram in November 2025. “We missed Zach and [his son] Jackson who are traveling for an international LP sporting event.”

Isabel, for her part, shared TikTok videos from Christmas showing Matt, Zach, Jeremy, Jacob and Chris in matching striped sweaters, along with all eight grandchildren. When one fan credited her with helping bring the family together, Isabel replied, “Maybe a little. Thank you for noticing.”
