Influencer Jen Hamilton seemingly shared a glimpse of a text conversation with estranged husband Brian Hamilton following their split.

“I truly hope you take advantage of every resource that has been given to you,” Jen, 35, appeared to write to Brian, as seen in a screenshot she shared in an Instagram video on Wednesday, July 29. “I will always love you. And that’s the part that hurts worst of all.”

Brian’s apparent response read, “Thank you for being you. Losing you is the dumbest thing l’ve ever done.”

In a follow-up text, Brian added, “I don’t want to leave you in rubble. I want all of you guys to be in my life.” (It’s unclear to whom he was referring. He and Jen share sons Ellis and Luke.)

The exchange concluded with Jen writing, “You already have.”

Jen confirmed her split from Brian in June after nearly 15 years of marriage.

“Yes, we are separating,” the exes shared in a joint statement. “This comes with enormous pain for the both of us but also gratitude for the 15 years of shared history, love, and friendship. What we are committed to is loving each other well through this transition and placing the wellbeing of the family we created at the center.”

The statement continued, “We are hoping our paths diverging in physical location will make space and room for mental healing for the other. We still are committed to being a team. We even wrote this together (and without ChatGPT). We both want to be very clear. This wasn’t about falling out of love. That’s why this is so devastating. It was about recognizing that sometimes the most loving thing you can do is give someone space to figure out complex things. And that’s exactly what we are doing.”

Jen later accused Brian of leading a “double life” with a 56-year-old woman while she worked as a nurse. (The content creator has since stepped away from her nursing career amid her divorce.)

Elsewhere in her video on Wednesday, Jen admitted that she still had unanswered questions about Brian’s alleged “double life.”

“Me, now? Me, big, strong girl. Okay? Me, independent girl. Me, ‘don’t need no man’ girl. Me, ‘get out of bad relationship’ girl. But I feel like I need to get out ahead of something,” she said. “If anything comes out about other things this guy’s done in my marriage, just listen. Me, now? Me, big, strong girl. Me, independent girl. Me, back then? Me, insecure girl. Me, desperate girl.”

Jen continued, “I needed me, now, back then. The thing is, I know some stuff, but, girl, I guarantee you I don’t know everything. And the stuff I do know, I’m embarrassed about.”

She concluded, “I wish to God that I could say I was strong enough to leave at the first situation. Nah. But, looking back, I don’t regret loving him as much as I did. Because I love really hard and I don’t want that to change about me. I don’t regret seeing the best in him because I try to see the best in everybody. But, for me, it had to be this bad. It had to be this bad because I love that man so much.”

Jen previously shared that she will be keeping her husband’s last name amid their split “because this is my name now,” further noting that she is focused on using her platform for good.

As of Thursday, the Birth Vibes author has raised more than $100,000 to help other women going through similar life transitions.
